Well for some unfortunate reason I had to cancel my plans as they were scheduled. But I still went to Lovina area.
As soon as I came back from the Hiking to Gillimanuk. I went to a bus stand nearby where I found an old van kind of commute. Two girls were already waiting inside. The charges which driver quotes for Singaraja to Lovina was 2000 IDR I believe. Then he said he will wait for another passenger to cover up the trip cost plus profit. Since the price for commute felt me cheap compared to getting a private vehicle, I offered him to cover up the charges for the other person as well.
As I sat inside the van, I had a quick chat with the girls inside and found out they didn’t just paid the same as me, instead they bargained and got the lower quote from the driver. It was nice to learn that we can do that too.

This commute was a whole vibe on its own. While traveling I talked more to these girls. I asked where they are from, they told me to guess. And based on how they were looking like, I though they are Korean. They had really smooth skin, accent was similar to them as well. They asked me to guess harder, I thought they might be from Mongolia, they told me it’s close.
In no world I would have thought where they told me they were from, they were from China. And I was like I always heard China is so controlled. So seeing someone from China in each trip is quite strange for me.
Then I asked what they do there, so she both of them were a student, one who was talking to me was studying a make-up course, it’s a real job their as influencers needs it. Friend of her was not talking so I asked what’s up with her. Turned out she got bad throat due to water. She was studying in Russia and both of them were on break from college.
Then both of them went to sleep as they were tired. I kept enjoying the view I was getting while travelling to Lovina. I also took a quick nap in between.
We reached Lovina, the driver dropped me off on the main road as I was not sure where my hostel is. I booked a grab bike from there to the hostel.
After completing the check-in, I got some rest. I ordered a breakfast. It was omlette with vegetables. After having the meal, I didn’t do much. I stayed in hostel for a while and then in evening left for walking around to see what’s there. Travel around in Grab bike.
To be honest this part was really beautiful and I loved that it still have got the vibe of Bali.
I met the hostel owner, he was also a Hindu. I really loved his cap. He was a really nice guy as well.
Next morning I went to watch dolphins. The hostel packed some fruits and a water bottle for me for breakfast, it was included since I booked the tour with them. On top of that they personally dropped me off and picked me up.
After that the guy who picked me up, we went around a bit for some purchases. It was really difficult to communicate with him as he couldn’t understand English much but he tried his best.
Next day since my further plans were cancelled. I booked a ticket with Perama Tour, they picked me up from Lovina (I had to pay almost double as there are fewer people leaving from lovina) then I reached back to Kuta. Where I again booked the Da Housetel.
From here I went to explore nearby areas like Padang Beach, Jimbaran beach, etc
In between I went for lunch at Alchemy at Padang Beach and one memorable thing I had their was Coconut lemon pastry. It had light sweetness with a hint of lemon.
And I brought the glass water bottle from their as sovenier with me hahahhaa.
After having a lunch I left for Uluwatu for the Ramayana show. And my phone didn’t do really justice to capture how beautiful it was. All of the characters including Ram and Sita were looking really nice covered in jewellery and crown. On the other hand Hanuman Ji totally stole the show.
And then most of days went exploring restaurants around and I watched a movie with Japanese Audio and Indonesian Subtitles. It was the sort of different experience as well.
Well Ending this journey here. I just went back to India after this.
